Marketplace Renter Terms

OnTheGoLocator helps renters discover inventory and submit requests to independent rental providers. The provider remains responsible for the rental asset and provider-specific rental terms.

A request is not confirmed merely because it was submitted. For standalone marketplace inventory, the provider must accept the request and any disclosed marketplace fee must be completed before the marketplace status becomes Confirmed. Holds and requests can expire.

Rental charges, deposits, insurance requirements, damage policies and pickup/return requirements may be collected or enforced separately by the rental provider unless the booking experience expressly states otherwise.
