Marketplace Provider Terms

Marketplace summary. Independent providers may list inventory at no listing charge, subject to account and listing review. Providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, rental agreement, taxes, insurance requirements, deposits, pickup/return process and fulfillment of their rentals.

OnTheGoLocator may decline, suspend or remove providers or listings that are incomplete, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, inactive, or not in good standing. Material listing changes may require another review.

When a standalone provider accepts an OnTheGoLocator booking request, the marketplace may charge the disclosed marketplace booking/service fee configured for the transaction. URS-connected MTR/MVR/MER rentals are processed through their normal URS workflow and do not receive an additional OTG marketplace fee.

Providers must not use the marketplace to misrepresent inventory or evade required laws, taxes, licenses, insurance or consumer obligations.
